With the aim of publicizing and promoting the participation in the Conference on Classification and Data Analysis (JOCLAD), organized annually by the Portuguese Association for Classification and Data Analysis (CLAD) with new audiences, they are established as CLAD SCHOLARSHIPS in accordance with the approval of this initiative in CLAD General Assembly of 1 April 2016.
The CLAD SCHOLARSHIPS are intended to stimulate an activity of study and scientific research in the scientific areas of CLAD among young people working in these areas.
CLAD SCHOLARSHIPS are open to Master’s or PhD students in the scientific areas of CLAD, with original work based or not on their dissertations.
